MONTHLY/BI-WEEKLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Maintenance services will be performed on a 2 or 4 week service cycle, scheduled at the discretion of FSA. Services will consist of checking all systems; pumping, filtration, sterilization, lighting, heating, and aeration. Water quality testing, livestock health check (visual check), temperature check, clean debris netting, clean skimmer prefilter sponge, pull and treat hair algae, prune and fertilize plants, top off pond level, condition water, administer beneficial bacteria treatment, check supplies.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Maintenance services will be performed on a weekly basis and will consist of two (2) major service calls; as listed above, and two (2) minor service calls. Minor service calls include; checking all systems, cleaning skimmer netting and sponge prefilter, checking livestock, top off pond level, condition water, administer beneficial bacteria treatment.

SPRING CLEANOUT

Let FSA take care of this major job! During the months of March and April be sure to schedule your annual cleanout. FSA will; drain pond, remove livestock to large aerated and covered containers, remove/fertilize/prune desirable aquatic plants, remove and discard debris and sludge build-up from pond interior, pressure wash pond interior, rinse and drain dirty water, replace and secure rockwork, add gravel to bare spots, re-install desirable plants, check lighting system and clean lenses, replace old bulbs, reposition light fixtures, drain and clean filtration system, rinse bio-media, clean filter sponges, flush plumbing lines, clean skimmer box and skimmer netting, replace skimmer sponge, clean and check pumps and intakes, check aeration system, remove and store winter equipment, fill pond, condition water, start system, administer beneficial bacteria charge, acclimate livestock to new conditions, clean pond area.

POND WINTERIZATION

Complete winterization takes place in two (2) parts. Part 1 – Remove all tropical and floating plants, cut back and submerge all hardy plant material, remove excess debris from pond interior, clean skimmer box netting and sponge prefilter, check all systems, cover and stake pond with leaf netting, top off pond level, condition water. Part 2 – Remove leaf netting, remove excess debris, top off water level, condition water, install floating or submerged de-icer and/or aerator, check all pond systems.

FSA will include all water conditioners, water quality testing materials, all equipment and labor to perform services. Services will be performed at the discretion of FSA according to the chosen program, or service calls may be scheduled for an additional fee. Payments are due at time of services unless other arrangements have been made. All pricing depends on service program(s) chosen, size of water feature, and travel fees may apply. Programs may be combined or customized.
